Tracking a few showers tomorrow night, wet week ahead

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the upper 30s to around 40.

TOMORROW: Increasing clouds with a chance of rain and storms late. Breezy, with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: We'll have a mild start to the week with seasonably cool temperatures ahead of a low pressure system that will send a front in our direction by Monday night. A few showers and storms are possible late Monday night into early Tuesday morning. Strong south winds kick up into Tuesday with highs approaching 70 degrees as the front stalls to our south. Rain chances return late Wednesday as a disturbance slides along the stalled boundary to our south. As the front lifts back north on Thursday, we'll see our best shot at widespread rain, with up to 2" possible between Wednesday and Friday. The front works east as a cold front on Friday, clearing skies out and bringing a slight cool down heading into the weekend.
