Tracking a frigid night as skies clear out

TONIGHT: Gradually clearing skies with frost and fog developing before daybreak. Morning lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. A Freeze Warning is in effect through mid-morning.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and a little warmer with highs in the lower 50s.

EXTENDED: Skies begin to clear out tonight with frost developing area wide. This freeze will end the growing season in many spots as lows drop to near or just below freezing. Expect patchy fog through early Sunday morning, clearing to leave sunshine through the rest of Sunday. Upper high pressure begins to build for most of the week, allowing winds to shift to the south and highs to get back into the 60s Monday, and upper 60s between Tuesday and Wednesday. A weak front will move through between Thursday and Friday, bringing a few more clouds and a chance of a few showers. Rain amounts will be low, and temperatures still look to be slightly above average into the weekend even following the passage of the front.
