Tracking evening strong to severe storms with a slight weekend cool down

TONIGHT: An ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Alert Day remains across all of Mid-Missouri until 3 Am Saturday morning. Strong winds 60-70 mph, large hail up to 1", and a possible tornado remain possible as the main threats. Storms lose strength as we head deeper into the overnight hours. Lows cool to the lower 70s.

TOMORROW: Saturday welcomes scattered weaker showers and storms along I-44 during the morning hours with partly cloudy skies to the north of these showers. Afternoon highs peak out into the mid-80s. A few isolated late night showers and storms remain possible into Saturday night but remain weak.

EXTENDED: Sunday welcomes scattered showers and storms mainly along and south of I-70. Moderate downpours remain the main threat. Highs only rise into the mid to lower 80s. Monday remains dry before more chances of scattered showers and storms lasting throughout the mid-week days.
