Tracking overnight scattered showers before a sunny and warmer weekend

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the mid-50s with scattered showers pushing east.

TOMORROW: Friday welcomes highs into the upper 70s and mostly sunny skies.

EXTENDED: This weekend sees highs into the mid to lower 80s as plenty of sun stays across the area. Sunday could see a very isolated shower or two but most of the region remains completely dry. Showers and storms return to the region by Tuesday lasting through Thursday. Highs remain into the mid to lower 80s.
