Tracking fog, light rain into Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with fog developing. Spotty showers with lows in the lower 40s.

TOMORROW: Cloudy and cool with highs in the upper 40s. Light showers through mid-late afternoon.

EXTENDED: Light rain continues to work northeast this evening, leaving us with clouds and fog tonight, keeping things damp overnight. Tomorrow, I'll be tracking wrap-around showers that will move back through Mid-MO by mid-late morning, exiting east by early afternoon. Clouds and gusty winds look to hang around through late in the day with temperatures remaining in the upper 40s. Clouds decrease heading into the weekend with highs in the low to mid-50s Saturday and 60s on Sunday. A cold front looks to move through between Sunday and Monday, bringing cooler temperatures to start next week, but the extent of this front will make the temperature forecast a little tricky. We will see another shot at precipitation, likely rain, toward the middle of the week before cooling down further to end next week.
