TODAY: Wednesday is warmer thanks to southwest winds around 10-15 mph that may gust as high as 30 mph at times. This will have us feeling like the 20s, despite air temperatures reaching above freezing. Clouds stick around much of the day, with a chance of flurries during the evening. After 4 p.m. we'll have a chance for a quick round of snow showers, followed by flurries overnight. We'll have a chance for trace amounts sticking north of HWY 24, but otherwise no accumulation is expected.

TONIGHT: Overnight, This comes with a cold front that drops us into the 20s overnight.

EXTENDED: We likely won't recover much with north winds through the day on Thursday keeping highs in the 20s. Friday morning, we'll start cold, with a low near 10°, but by Friday afternoon we return to the 30s. On Saturday, a warm front just barely takes us into the 40s, bringing us the warmest air in this week. Tied to this will be a chance for a rain/snow mix, depending on temperatures. This precipitation chance is likely confined to the Lake of the Ozarks to I-44 region. More sun and even more warmth is expected next week.
