Tracking rain chances followed by a cold snap

TONIGHT: I'm tracking increasing clouds through the evening with breezy southerly winds at 6-10 mph and gusts up to 20 mph. Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 40s by the end of the night.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking more clouds with temperatures warming into the low to mid 60s by the afternoon hours. There is a low chance (20%) to run into a light rain shower or two throughout the day. More widespread rainfall is set to enter the area late Sunday night into Monday morning.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a high chance (80%) to see widespread showers throughout Monday. The first round of rainfall will come early Monday morning, with a secondary round arriving in the afternoon and evening hours. This secondary round could be associated with some rumbles of thunder and storms that could potentially produce strong winds, but the likelihood of anything severe is low at this time. After this, temperatures begin to plummet through the rest of the week. By Wednesday afternoon, temperatures are only expected to warm up into the mid 40s.
