Tracking a cool Halloween night before rain returns this weekend

TONIGHT: Temperatures cool to at or just below the 50 degree mark by 7 PM tonight for trick-or-treaters. Lows continue to fall eventually bottoming out into the upper 30s tonight as winds continue out of the northwest at 5-10 mph making for a chilly breeze.

TOMORROW: Friday sees clearing skies becoming mostly sunny. Winds switch out of the southeast at 5-10 mph leading to a slight increase in temperatures topping out into the lower 60s.

EXTENDED: Saturday afternoon welcomes showers back into the region that look to last with storm chances increasing starting Sunday through Monday night. Highs this weekend rise into the mid to upper 60s. Monday kicks the week off warmer peaking into the lower 70s before the cold front pushes through leading to a cool down by mid to late week back towards the lower 60s and upper 50s.
