Tracking sunshine and 70s with an exception or two through the next week

TODAY: Monday is mostly sunny, with a high in the low 80s and variable winds this afternoon. This comes as we're starting the day with north winds, and ending the day with weak southerly flow. Some humidity will linger today.

TONIGHT: This southerly flow will peak overnight right ahead of a cold front that arrives before sunrise. The cold front will be dry and likely arrive with little fanfare other than a cool down.

EXTENDED: That cool down may be enough to drop us into the 50s before we warm through the day, only in to the low 70s under mostly sunny skies. The rest of the forecast is fairly straightforward considering sky conditions and rain chances. We really don't expect much in the way of clouds, so rain chances are totally out of the question. We are tracking a jet stream to our north that may throw some clouds our way each day, and a possible cold front on Friday, but that front is also looking dry. Our warmest day will likely come Thursday just before the front, where we expect to reach 80s, otherwise, daily highs are expected in the 70s through the weekend.
