Tracking hit or miss storms and warmer temperatures by the weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with fog developing late. Lows in the upper 60s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and warm with highs in the upper 80s. A few spotty storms are possible by late afternoon into early evening.

EXTENDED: Overnight, we'll continue to track light winds and temperatures falling to near the dew point, allowing for more fog to develop. Tomorrow is sunny for most of the afternoon with a chance of an afternoon pop-up storm or two. Highs reach the upper 80s. We'll round out the week with limited rain at least until the start of the weekend as low pressure meanders around the region. That system could bring showers and a few storms over the weekend, but also shift winds back to the south, sending temperatures back into the upper 80s to around 90 with higher humidity. The heat looks to build next week with upper high pressure setting in and sending temperatures into the 90s.
