Tracking overnight showers and storms with more chances late this week

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the upper 50s with chances of scattered showers and storms. There is a potential for an isolated strong storm south of I-50 this evening that could produce some gusty winds and small hail. This threat diminishes after 8 pm due to decreasing energy in the enviroment.

TOMORROW: Tuesday sees scattered showers and storms lasting throughout the early evening hours. Highs climb into the lower 70s.

EXTENDED: Wednesday remains drier thanks to an approaching high pressure system with highs into the mid-70s. Thursday welcomes more chances of scattered showers and storms lasting into early Friday before a drier weekend ahead with highs approaching the lower 80s.
