Tracking a few more mild days, cool down by Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with lows in the upper 30s to around 40. Patchy river or lake fog possible by daybreak.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with highs near 70.

EXTENDED: Tonight will be clear yet again and chilly with lows in the upper 30s to around 40 to start off Wednesday. We get to near 70 again tomorrow with a southwest breeze before a front rolls through Thursday night into Friday. A few showers will be possible after midnight Thursday through mid-morning Friday, but the rest of Friday is dry and cooler as highs only reach the lower 50s. Expect a frosty Saturday morning with temperatures near 30 to start out, but the rest of Saturday looks great with sunshine and highs in the upper 50s. Sunday looks similar with rain now holding off until Monday. Low pressure will traverse the region early in the week, bringing rain to much of Mid-Missouri through Monday night. Rain amounts will likely stay under 1/2". We'll be a bit cooler than average to start next week with highs only reaching the lower 50s, and temperature trends are pointing towards upper 40s to around 50 on Thanksgiving Day. The rest of next week and through the holiday weekend are looking dry, but definitely cooling down by next weekend.
