Tracking showers moving in Monday morning, cooler air all week

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds and not as cool with lows falling into the mid-60s. Spotty showers by daybreak.

TOMORROW: Scattered showers with cloudy skies through much of the day. Highs in the mid-70s.

EXTENDED: A cold front approaches the area tonight with clouds starting to increase in coverage. Clouds keep temperatures a bit warmer overnight, with Monday morning low temperatures in the mid-60s. Spotty showers become more numerous by lunch time, with rain continuing through the evening commute. Rain begins to taper off from northwest to southeast with the passage of the front Monday night into Tuesday, with clouds clearing out by Tuesday afternoon. The rest of the week looks gorgeous as Canadian high pressure takes hold over the Plains and the Midwest. High temperatures remain in the low to mid-70s with cool nights ahead in the 50s. The pattern looks to stay dry through next weekend until another cold front moves in from the north on Sunday.
