Tracking a beautiful Sunday, rain and cooler air by Monday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the mid-50s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and gorgeous with highs in the lower 80s.

EXTENDED: Upper high pressure has made for a gorgeous weekend across Mid-Missouri with low humidity. Tonight will be clear and cool, with perhaps some river fog developing. Lows fall into the mid-50s. Sunday starts off sunny, with nighttime clouds increasing ahead of a cold front that will drop in from the north on Monday. That brings scattered showers by early Monday, wrapping up by Monday evening. Rain amounts will be less than 0.25" total, but cooler fall-like air sticks around all week, with highs in the low to mid-70s through next weekend and lows in the mid-upper 50s.
