Tracking a quiet end to this week and rain chances next week
TODAY: The rest of the week is mild and dry. Temperatures today reach low 80s, which will be near and possibly just below average. After some fog early this morning, we'll see mostly sunny skies.
TOMORROW: Overnight, we'll clear and calm, allowing temperatures to again fall into the 50s and 60s. An upper level disturbance rolls in on Friday, generating partly cloudy skies. Temperatures are largely unaffected, keeping highs in the low 80s.
EXTENDED: We'll be mostly sunny with highs in the low 80s on Saturday. Sunday is very similar, but a few extra clouds will arrive ahead of rain chances on Monday and Tuesday. These rain chances will be associated with a deepening upper level trough of low pressure that will work to keep us even cooler early next week. We are tracking potential for low 70s by Tuesday.
