Tracking more sunshine Thursday, pleasant end to the week

TONIGHT: Gradually clearing, especially north of I-70. Lows in the upper 50s to around 60.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and comfortable with highs right around 80.

EXTENDED: Gorgeous weather sticks around into Friday and the weekend with northwesterly winds flowing through the jet stream. We could see more clouds on Friday as a disturbance rolls through the region, but dew points will be much lower than the air temperatures, keeping us free from rain with dry air in place. That exits by Friday night, leaving us with sunshine for Saturday and most of Sunday. Highs will be in the low 80s both days with lows in the upper 50s. Clouds increase Sunday night ahead of a cold front that will bring rain showers between Monday and Tuesday. We could see some lingering clouds on Wednesday, but we'll be looking for a fall like cool down as highs fall from the upper 70s Monday to low 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday, with morning temperatures in the mid-50s.
