Tracking a sunny week with cooler than average highs

Today: Afternoon highs warm into the mid-80s as winds remain out of the northeast at 5-10 mph. Skies remain partly cloudy.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the lower 60s with mostly clear sky conditions. Winds remain out of the northwest at 5-10 mph.

Extended: The rest of the week sees mostly sunny sky conditions and highs into the lower 80s. A warming trend begins Friday as winds switch out of the southeast. Highs warm towards the 90 degree mark this weekend as high pressure keeps mostly sunny sky conditions overhead.
