Tracking dry conditions today, daily storm chances returning

TODAY: A cold front pushes rain east of our area today, but won't break the heat. Highs climb to around 90 degrees with partly cloudy skies.

TOMORROW: Chances for storms return Sunday, likely arriving in Mid-MO from the west by early afternoon. Isolated strong storms are possible bringing high winds and hail.

EXTENDED: We'll keep off and on chances for storms into Tuesday, with daily highs reaching the low 90s. Drier weather and a better chance at mid-to-upper 90s returns Wednesday through Thursday.
