Tracking scattered storms this afternoon through early Saturday

This Afternoon: Highs again make the mid-80s through cloud cover. Isolated to scattered storms fire up by midafternoon, bringing a low risk for high winds and hail.

Tonight: Showers and storms continue areawide throughout the overnight hours, with less chance of stronger storms due to cooler temperatures. Lows fall to the mid-60s.

Extended: Saturday morning will see decreasing rain chances, drying out by the afternoon. Highs peak into the 80s this weekend before a warm-up next week back to the lower 90s. Chances of showers and storms increase once again by midweek.
