Tracking isolated showers with more chances of widespread rain into the weekend

Today: Afternoon highs warm into the lower 80s this afternoon as a result of yesterday's passing cold front. A few isolated showers and storms are possible in western portions of Mid-Missouri with most areas seeing only dry-time this afternoon.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the mid-50s with mostly clear skies. Winds remain out of the east at 5-10 mph.

Extended: A warming trend occurs approaching Saturday where chances of showers and storms increase late Saturday evening becoming widespread into Sunday with an incoming cold front. Highs cool about 10 degrees into Sunday resulting in highs only reaching into the upper 70s.
