Tracking well above-average highs with isolated storm chances

Today: Afternoon highs climb into the upper 80s as winds continue out of the southeast around 5 mph. Skies remain partly cloudy with chances of a few isolated storms possible.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the mid-60s with partly cloudy skies. Winds remain out of the south at 5 mph.

Extended: Temperatures remain near or just above 90 degrees into the second half of the week with chances of isolated storms each afternoon. Dewpoints increase back into the lower 60s by the end of the week adding a muggy feel to the region.
