Tracking another warm day before rain returns Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with lows in the upper 50s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with a few more clouds and highs in the lower 80s.

EXTENDED: Another beautiful evening is expected as skies remain clear under high pressure tonight. We'll start the day off with sunshine tomorrow with highs reaching the lower 80s with continued low humidity. By Thursday afternoon and evening, clouds will start to spread in as winds will have shifted to the south. I'm tracking a cold front that will bring scattered showers and a few thunderstorms by mid-morning on Friday, exiting to the southeast by early Friday evening. Rain mounts will generally be under 0.25". The weekend is looking amazing with highs in the mid-70s on Saturday and near 80 on Sunday with low humidity. A dry and hotter pattern settles in for next week with upper high pressure developing, meaning rain will be hard to come by as highs gradually climb into the mid-upper 80s by the middle of the week.
