Tracking Tuesday parting clouds with more scattered showers/ storms this week

Today: Afternoon highs warm into the lower 80s as skies look to clear to partly cloudy sky conditions. Winds remain out of the east at 8-12 mph.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the lower 60s as scattered showers and storms make their way throughout Central Missouri after 8 pm.

Extended: Showers and scattered thunderstorms make their way through Central Missouri throughout the morning hours before clearing by late Wednesday morning. Temperatures linger around the lower to mid-80s the rest of the week as scattered storms increase into Thursday lasting throughout the remainder of the weekend.
