Tracking dry conditions settling in for the first half of the week

TODAY: Clear and cold to start with lows in the lower 40s and upper 30s. Clouds steadily blow in from the north today and limit highs to the upper 50s. Winds will be gusty up to 35 mph this afternoon.

TOMORROW: Rinse and repeat with another chilly morning thanks to clear conditions. Sunshine sticks around all day, but we'll be fighting the hefty northerly breeze and highs only reach the lower 60s.

EXTENDED: Highs make their way into the upper 60s Tuesday, then 70s by Wednesday with warmth holding for the rest of the week. Wednesday night we are tracking chances for scattered showers/thunderstorms, with the majority of this activity moving in early Thursday. Thursday is where we'll see our most consistent chances for rain, but Friday is also tracking to have some possible scattered showers/storms.
