Tracking a few showers overnight, sunshine and mild temperatures on Monday

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds with a chance of a few sprinkles overnight. Lows in the mid-30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and mild with highs in the low 60s. Wind gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: A weak disturbance rolls through the area tonight, bringing a chance for a few showers overnight. This will clear out before sunrise, leaving Mid-Missouri with sunshine into President's Day. Monday will be a gorgeous start to the week with west winds gusting up to 20 mph in the afternoon. We'll be a bit cooler on Tuesday, but expect sunshine and highs in the mid-upper 50s ahead of another warm front that will bring a chance of rain overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Showers and a few thunderstorms continue into Wednesday, with highs reaching the upper 60s. Showers clear out Wednesday night, leaving us with cooler temperatures Wednesday night into Thursday. The end of the week will be chilly as temperatures only reach the upper 30s to around 40 on Friday. Low pressure moves into the region Friday night into Saturday, bringing a chance for showers. Despite the rain chances, highs remain in the 50s on Saturday and Sunday.
