Tracking a fantastic gameday full of sunshine

TODAY: Chilly early in the morning, with rapidly warming temperatures thanks to clear skies. Highs hit the upper 50s before kickoff. Temperatures will likely be falling through the lower 50s/upper 40s during gametime.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and staying just as warm. Highs may be a few degrees lower than Sunday, though we won't really feel this small difference.

EXTENDED: Consider moving Valentine's plans ahead of schedule as we are tracking widespread showers throughout Tuesday. Totals shouldn't even top 1/2 of an inch, but high winds could gust up to 35+ mph making for a gloomy holiday. Wednesday is tracking to be our warmest day of the week as we dry briefly, with temperatures boosted into the low 60s. Rain returns by early Thursday, and this system will whiplash our temperatures to well below freezing into Friday. Latest forecast temperature trends do, however, recover back to above-average already by the weekend.
