Tracking a warm and windy weekend

2.3.23

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the mid to lower 20s tonight with partly cloudy skies. Winds switch out of the southwest at 10-15 mph.

Tomorrow: Temperatures warm into the lower to mid-50s as winds out of the southwest gust up to 35 mph. Skies remain mostly cloudy.

Extended: Temperatures will soar into the 50s Saturday afternoon as low pressure approaches. This will bring a return of clouds, but the forecast remains dry. Winds let up a bit on Sunday, as they turn more westerly. Still, we'll climb into the mid-50s under mostly sunny skies. Clouds and breezes return on Monday, as we hit temperatures in the 60s by the afternoon. The first rain chances of the week arrive Tuesday morning, when a cold front passes through bringing showers with it. High pressure builds in for some time after that, giving us a short break before rain returns either Wednesday night or midday Thursday.
