Tracking afternoon showers and cooler temperatures

Today: Afternoon highs slowly warm into the lower 40s with widespread showers pushing this evening. Winds remain out of the east with gusts up to 25 mph possible.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to thee upper 30s with overcast sky conditions. Winds change out of the southwest with wind gusts nearing 30 mph.

Extended: Thursday morning welcomes a few isolated showers with some flurries possible. No accumulation is expected. Temperatures continue to rise only into the lower 40s heading off towards this weekend. Scattered showers move into the area Saturday night with a wintry mix possible to the north. This system exits by Sunday late morning.
