Tracking a gorgeous end to the week

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the mid-40s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and comfortable with highs in the lower 70s.

EXTENDED: It was a another beautiful day across Mid-Missouri with temperatures reaching the upper 60s to around 70. Temperatures overnight are still expected be in the lower to mid-40s to start off the day with highs right around 70-72 for the afternoon Thursday. The rest of the week looks great with Friday temperatures in the mid-70s. We can expect highs in the upper 70s on Saturday and Sunday with plenty of sunshine. The pattern begins to break down a bit next week as the remnants of Ian begin to weaken considerably along the east coast, allowing a wave of low pressure to bring a weak front through the area between Tuesday and Wednesday. That could bring a few showers, but measurable rain will be hard to come by. We'll remain seasonable in the upper 70s to around 80 for much of next week.
