Tracking a beautiful afternoon

Tonight: Skies become mostly cloudy tonight as winds remain out of the south at 4-8 mph. Overnight lows remain into the upper 60's with the possibility of valley fog by late.

Tomorrow: Scattered showers are possible Friday morning mainly along and south of the I-70 corridor. Showers look to grow and die quickly leading rainfall totals most likely below half an inch in most areas. Afternoon isolated storms will occur after 3 PM with minimal impacts beyond lightning and some brief downpours. Afternoon highs increase into the upper 80's.

Extended: Saturday follows a similar trend as Friday with less chances of being more widespread. Afternoon highs into Labor Day weekend remain into the upper 80's as the humidity increases slightly making for warmer feeling conditions. Next week begins dry, but by the second half we are looking at increased chances of showers and storms beginning Thursday.
