keep the rain gear close
KMIZ

MONDAY

Showers are on their way out this morning. The rest of the day is looking dry with a few peeks of sunshine mixed in. Highs will top out in the low 60’s.

TONIGHT

Scattered showers will return south of I-70 after midnight tonight. Those will be off and on into tomorrow morning as overnight lows fall into the upper 40’s.

EXTENDED

Our morning round of showers will move out by midday, with a break expected during the afternoon. Highs will work their way into the upper 60’s tomorrow ahead of our next cold front. That will slide in tomorrow night, bringing a renewed round of showers and storms Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Rain will come to an end by the afternoon Wednesday with the sunshine returning for the middle of the week as highs reach the low 60’s. Another chance for some showers drops down on Thursday with temperatures coming down as well. Highs will only reach the low 50’s Thursday with a chance we’re stuck in the 40’s on Friday. We’ll get close to the freezing mark Friday night before righting the ship this weekend. Highs will return to the 60’s on Saturday with a chance to push 70 Sunday.
