Tracking a terrific Tuesday

soak up the 70s
KMIZ

TUESDAY

Another fantastic day is set to take shape! Just about wall-to-wall sunshine and a healthy breeze keeping things mixed up this afternoon will all help temperatures push into the 70’s. As dry as things still are, grass fires could get out of hand quickly so you’ll want to avoid the outdoor burning.

TONIGHT

It’s looking like a mild night under mostly clear skies. Lows will settle down near 40.

EXTENDED

If you don’t get a chance to get outside today, you’ll have another opportunity tomorrow. Highs will push a little further into the mid to upper 70’s with that southwest breeze keeping up. Those winds will flip out of the north overnight as a front moves through. That will keep highs in the upper 50’s for Thursday but we’ll rebound into the 60’s Friday. A warm front will be lifting north during the day, bringing more clouds with it to end the week but we’ll stay dry. Multiple chances for rain will move in starting Friday night. Another round looks possible Saturday afternoon with a third waiting for us Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will stay warm on Saturday, in the upper 60’s, before falling into the 50’s by Sunday.
