Tracking mild weather making a return

warming up
KMIZ

TUESDAY

We’re off to a mild start this morning and look to be able to do something with it this afternoon. A breeze out of the southwest will pick up a bit more. That breeze, along with morning sunshine will get temperatures into the middle 50’s this afternoon. A few clouds will move in this afternoon and evening, but will only enhance the sunset.

TONIGHT

Those passing clouds will filter out tonight as overnight lows fall to near 30. Winds will become more westerly tonight.

EXTENDED

We’re able to hang onto the mild weather for one more day with a cold front hesitant to get us back to seasonal weather. Highs will top out close to 50 on Wednesday, before falling to near 40 by Thursday. Both days will feature plenty of sunshine. Clouds will start to increase along with the temperatures on Friday. We’ll be back in the low to mid 50’s to end the week but could pick up a few sprinkles throughout the day. That’s as yet another front pushes through, dropping highs into the middle 30’s Saturday. We’ll recover from there, back to near 40 Sunday and into the middle 40’s to start next week.
