Tracking blustery conditions this weekend

TODAY: Temperatures near freezing in the morning; breezes will keep the wind chill in the low 20s. Highs reach the mid-40s with a feels-like in the upper 30s. Showers move in after dinnertime tonight and our area should dodge any wintry mix.

TOMORROW: Rain lingers just after sunrise on Sunday with another chilly start. Breezes pick back up with wind gusts u to 30 mph early Sunday afternoon. This will keep wind chills in the upper 30s even as highs rise a few degrees.

EXTENDED: Bring a coat for gameday with temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Breezes persist all weekend long and will reach their peak on Sunday. The workweek starts off nicer with sunny skies and highs rebound to the upper 50s. The warmup continues as highs bump up nearly 10 degrees to the upper 60s on Tuesday. Another system will move in midweek bringing showers and reversing our warming trend. Highs drop into the upper 40s to low 50s late week with a potential for more rain to close the workweek.
