Tracking a warm start to the workweek, rain by Tuesday

TODAY: More hazy skies with highs in the low 90s. Breezes pick up in the afternoon and, along with low humidity, should help conditions stay comfortable.

TOMORROW: We stay dry and hot in the low 90s again. Southerly winds may bring a little more humidity into Mid-MO for a feels-like in the mid-90s.

EXTENDED: Tuesday will see more cloud cover as a cold front nears the area, but rain chances won't pick up until the late afternoon. Scattered showers and storms are possible overnight into Wednesday as the front pushes through. Highs dip to the low 80s midweek with more isolated chances for rain lasting through Friday. A slow warmup is on the way yet again as highs reach 90 degrees by next weekend.
