Tracking a warm week ahead with mid-week rain

Tonight: Winds continue out of the southwest at 10-15 mph keeping our overnight low warmer at 68 degrees. Central Missouri will see mostly clear skies.

Tomorrow: Winds continue out of the southwest allowing for warmer temperatures to climb along with hazy sky conditions due to the wildfires out west. The high will increase to 92 degrees.

Extended: A cold front moves in Tuesday night bringing with it chances of storms and showers beginning late Tuesday afternoon lasting through the early afternoon on Wednesday. The main threat for these storms will be brief downpours and some lightning. The low-pressure system will slowly push to the east but will allow for chances of scattered showers/ storms on both Thursday and Friday afternoons. Temperatures will then climb into the upper '80s by next weekend.
