Tracking more storms this morning after a foggy start for some

impacts
KMIZ

TUESDAY: Showers and storms look to move in this morning, so grab the umbrella heading out the door. Some patchy fog will also be an issue ahead of those storms, so leave with some extra time in hand this morning. Storms will start to move in around 9-10 AM this morning north of I-70. These are expected to be in the process of losing steam as they move in. That chance for storms will be with us into this afternoon. The added cloud cover will keep highs in the low to mid 80’s.

TONIGHT: A slight chance for storms will linger into this evening. Lows will settle down in the mid to upper 60’s.

EXTENDED: Some comfortable weather will start to take shape Wednesday and Thursday. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 80’s, but the humidity will relax a bit more. It will start to return on Friday as high pressure slides to our east, opening the door for some showers and storms. Those look to move in late in the day Friday and could linger overnight, favoring our northern counties. We’re drying out in to the weekend, with highs in the mid to upper 80’s Saturday and Sunday.
