Tracking more terrific temperatures for Tuesday

TUESDAY: We’re looking at another nice, enjoyable day around Mid-Missouri. We'll wake up to some patchy fog, but that will clear up quickly with sunshine breaking it up. Temperatures will only top out in the low 80’s with more of those hazy skies above us.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies overhead will lead to another cool and comfortable night. Lows will settle down to near 60.

EXTENDED: We’re on cruise control into Wednesday with another sunny day and highs in the low 80’s.  The bump in the road looks to be Thursday with a disturbance moving through the area. That looks to kick up some more cloud cover than we’ll enjoy today and tomorrow, but rain chances are pretty limited. Highs will top out in the 80’s on Thursday before warming to near 90 by Friday. That will be the trend going into the weekend, with afternoon temperatures pushing past the 90° mark on both Saturday and Sunday. Another disturbance will try to bring us some storms Saturday night, but the better bet will be north of us.
