Tracking a cool start to a wet week ahead

Tonight: Scattered showers remain with us in Mid-Missouri throughout Sunday evening. We will see cooler than average lows bottoming out at 64.
Tomorrow: The low-pressure system located in Northern Missouri will continue to slowly push northeast throughout the duration of Monday leading to more scattered showers enabling us to stay well below the average high of 88 we usually see. Our high will sit at 76 degrees and the likelihood of showers decrease throughout the evening hours

Extended: Tuesday looks to be the driest day of the week with mostly clear skies allowing for the temperatures to climb back into the mid-'80s. Wednesday will become partly cloudy with the possibility of scattered evening showers. Starting Thursday and lasting into the weekend we will see more widespread chances of showers and storms as a low-pressure system passes to our north bringing in moist and warm Gulf Air.
