Tracking dangerous cold this weekend

TODAY: Clouds and winds return this weekend to keep temperatures frigid. Mornings could see negative temperatures while wind chills plunge even lower between -10 and -20 degrees.

SUNDAY: Another shot at snow develops on Sunday afternoon and continues into Monday. Temperatures will still be frigid over both days with highs in the single digits and wind chills in the negative double digits. Snow will start off light but builds into Sunday night.

EXTENDED: Timing on this upcoming system is sliding around, but it looks like some of us will kick things off with light snow on Sunday afternoon, while the heavier snow waits until the evening. Widespread flurries are still possible early Monday and throughout the morning. Accumulations for now look between 1-3", but these could change depending on what track the system takes.
