Tracking snowflakes for some today

FLURRIES

FRIDAY: Another gloomy day is in store to close out the week. A few flurries will be possible into this afternoon, but shouldn’t be anything more than something to watch. Highs will only top out in the middle 30’s with clouds holding firm.

TONIGHT: That isolated chance of flurries will continue into tonight. No accumulations are anticipated with them as lows bottom out in the middle 20’s.

EXTENDED: We might be lucky and pick up a glimpse or two of sunshine this weekend, but not enough to help out temperatures. We’ll top out in the 30’s both Saturday and Sunday. A little more sunshine looks to be in the cards starting next week, but it’ll take until Tuesday before the 40’s return. Tuesday through Thursday of next week seems to be the payoff for this past week of weather we’ve suffered through. Highs will top out in the upper 40’s with some brighter skies before a cold front knocks temperatures back on Friday. It’s also going to bring some precipitation chances back to close out the week.
