Tracking a cool weekend ahead of a warmup

TODAY: Chance for drizzle very early in the morning. Clouds will stick around into the late afternoon. Temperatures will stick to the 30s for much of the morning and reach the low 40s by the afternoon.

SUNDAY: Clouds will clear out Saturday night and bring much sunnier skies. Temperatures will be slightly warmer in the mid-40s.

EXTENDED: Warmer conditions will continue into the beginning of the week as we begin seeing highs in the low 50s by Monday and Tuesday. Breezes pick up on Tuesday ahead of our next disturbance. A front will roll through on Wednesday to bring showers and maybe even some light snow. Frigid air moves in from the north and sends temperatures tumbling into the 20s to start out Christmas Eve. Thursday will only see temperatures rise into the 30s and clouds begin to move out. Skies will be clear for Christmas Day with highs in the mid-30s.
