Tracking a major warmup this week

TODAY: Pleasant conditions will continue today as temps cool off a little into the mid-40s. Cloud cover will be moving in throughout the day to keep us cooler but we stay dry.

MONDAY: A disturbance moving through overnight will keep those clouds here through Monday but there's not enough moisture for it to produce anything. Expect high temperatures in the upper 40s again and clouds beginning to clear out later in the afternoon.

EXTENDEDTuesday begins our warmup as we reach the 50s again. By Thursday we're forecasting highs up to 60 degrees—much higher than the seasonal average in the low 40s. This warmer weather will be short-lived for now as a frontal system approaches on Thursday evening. This system will bring showers for most of the day on Friday and fling temperatures back into the 40s by next weekend.
