Tracking showers overnight into Thursday

TONIGHT: Cloudy with rain likely overnight into Thursday. Lows in the upper 30s to around 40.

TOMORROW: Showers likely early, tapering off by late afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s to around 50. Rainfall totals between 0.5" and 1.5".

EXTENDED: Showers exit on Thursday evening, allowing much cooler air to filter in from the north. Lows on Friday morning will fall into the low 30s, but sunshine warms us into the low to mid-50s by late afternoon. It's a dry start to the weekend as temperatures reach the upper 50s to around 60 on Halloween with sunshine. Perfect for 2020-style trick-or-treating outside! Sunday will bring another dry cold front as cooler air briefly moves in from the north. This front won't bring precipitation, but temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to around 50 for highs on Sunday. We gradually warm next week with a quieter weather pattern, with lows in the 40s and highs in the low 60s.
