Tracking more wind into the weekend

frosty start

FRIDAY: After a frosty start, we’ll be looking at a fairly similar day. Sunshine will be a staple of the day as temperatures top out in the upper 50’s after a cold start. A breeze out of the west will have things feeling a little cooler during the afternoon.

TONIGHT: Winds turn a little more southerly overnight, which will keep us warmer than last night. Overnight lows will fall into the low 40’s under mostly clear skies.

EXTENDED:  Those winds are a problem again Saturday, as gusts could reach beyond 40 mph. With winds this high, and conditions as dry as they have been, outdoor burning is highly discouraged. However, with winds out of the south, temperatures will move into the low to mid 70’s Saturday. It’ll cool back off Sunday into the 50’s with rain chances moving in. While it doesn’t look to rain all of next week, rain chances will come and go from Sunday through Thursday. It looks like these rounds of rain could be what puts a dent in these dry conditions, with over an inch possible by next weekend.
