WATCH LIVE: Hurricane Delta hits Texas, Louisiana
Hurricane Delta's outer bands started to hit parts of Lousiana and Texas on Friday.
The center of the Category 3 storm is expected to hit southwestern Louisiana on Friday afternoon or evening, the National Weather Service predicted. The storm was packing sustained winds of about 115 mph Friday morning.
