Tracking a mild end to the week

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and mild with lows in the mid-upper 50s.

TOMORROW: Partly to mostly sunny with highs in the low 80s. \

EXTENDED: High pressure aloft keeps us warmer than normal through the rest of this week into the weekend as daily high temperatures will reach about 80 degrees, and lows in the upper 50s to around 60. Over the weekend, expect more clouds on Saturday as the remnants of Hurricane Delta track to our southeast. Next week, a stronger area of low pressure moving across the Rockies could finally bring a change to our weather pattern. Showers and thunderstorms are possible between Monday and Tuesday depending on the timing of this feature, but more notably a cool down as temperatures fall back to near normal by Tuesday. Much of next week will bring temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s in the afternoon with lows near or just above 50 degrees.
