A calm workweek and warmup on the way

TODAY: Scattered storms continue for most of the morning. Rain will make an exit by the afternoon as the sun begins to peek out again. Temperature will stay cool in the mid to upper 70s.

SUNDAY: Clear conditions as the sun sticks around and we begin to warm up again. Temperatures will rise to the high 70s and possibly hitting right at 80. Humidity will be noticeable but not too uncomfortable.

EXTENDED: Conditions finally stabilize for mid-Missouri as we warm up again. Temperatures will approach averages for this time of year in the low 80s. A stable upper air pattern will continue this t No rain chances are expected for almost all of the workweek. Forecast models disagree on whether or not we will see showers next into next weekend.
