Tracking Fall-like conditions

TODAY: This morning we are tracking some showers, especially in our eastern counties, but conditions should begin to dry out as we push toward the afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies will be the story with temperatures in the low 80s.

TONIGHT: Conditions remain calm and cool as temperatures fall into the mid 60s.

EXTENDED: An upper wave slowly moves east tonight into Saturday, pulling rain chances with it as the low pressure moves out of Mid-Missouri. Temperatures will continue to be below average into this weekend with highs near 80. Another cold front will move through the area on Sunday, giving us a chance for showers and thunderstorms that will be scattered in coverage. Temperatures will remain well below average through the beginning of next week, and humidity will also be low.
