Tracking a brief period of comfortable conditions

TODAY: Mostly sunny and beautiful with lower humidity. Highs in the mid-upper 80s.

TODAY: Calm and clear with lows falling into the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: Monday will see similar conditions to today with lower humidity and cooler temperatures, but these conditions will be a far cry from the rest of the week. Next week, a ridge of high pressure builds over the region, keeping rain chances at a minimum and temperatures to get into the low-mid-90s each day. With humidity, the heat index will likely get into the 98-102 degree range toward the end of the week.
